- Established referral relationships within assigned geography strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in field-based relationship development with clinical decision-makers
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities
- Ability to translate clinical value propositions into measurable partnership outcomes
- Professional communication skills with C-suite executives, physicians, care coordinators, and facility administrators
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including travel between facilities and occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
